It will be a Dhoni vs Pakistan contest, says former Pakistan captain Zaheer Abbas

Former Pakistan skipper and batting legend Zaheer Abbas said the World T20 match between India and Pakistan on March 21 will be a tough one and he did not want a boring one-sided contest between the arch-rivals.

The best thing to happen is Dhoni's return to the Indian side and I literally see the match between Pakistan and Dhoni," the 66-year-old cricket icon said in an exlusive interview to Headlines Today-Aaj Tak. Abbas, popularly known as Asian Bradman, heaped praise on Dhoni's deputy and swashbuckling batsman Virat Kohli,

saying he will shatter all records one day. Virat has struggled a lot due to lack of experience but this will not happen now," he added. He also said that the Indian senior players will find their old touch in the tournament. Currently, the chief cricket consultant of the Pakistan cricket team, he said the team will get stronger with the comeback of dashing all-rounder Shahid Afridi. "Afridi is coming back and I want to see him spend a lot of time in the nets before taking guard in the middle

." Abbas feels that the present Pakistan squad is pretty balanced and the presence of sibling duo of Umar and Kamran Akmal will give additional advantage to the side.
